SOMALIA: MILITARY COURT SENTENCES ONE TO DEATH

the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia's [TFG] Court martial sentenced a man to death by firing squad after the judge of the martial court, Hasan Muhammad Husayn, said he admitted to murder.
