in Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh City appeal court confirmed the death penalty of Nguyen Van Toi, 21, from Gia Lai Province.In late 2009, Toi allegedly beat his employer Tran Ngoc Phu to death with a pipe wrench and robbed his safe at a restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Phu District.
