a Vietnamese court sentenced three people to death and jailed 52 others for running a huge heroin trafficking ring in the capital Hanoi, a court official said. The three defendants to be executed, including one woman, were found guilty of trafficking and selling nearly 18 kilogrammes of heroin from provinces near the Lao border.(Sources: Agence France Presse, 07/02/2007)
