YEMEN: DEATH SENTENCE AGAINST NUSAIBA KILLING UPHELD

in Yemen, the Taiz Appeal Court upheld Akram al-Samawi’s death sentence for raping and murdering five-year female child Nusaiba Nadir and fined him about $1500.
The crime was committed on August 7 when al-Samawi induced the girl child to his house's roof.
