Hands Off Cain is subject constituting the Nonviolent Radical Party Transnational Transparty (NGO with general category consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)) founded and led by Marco Pannella.
With the Radical Party we have led the fight for the universal moratorium on capital punishment and continue to share the battles for a Fair Justice, for the Rule of Law and for the Human Right to Know.
