ALGERIA. CALL TO ABOLISH CAPITAL PUNISHMENT

Farouk Ksentini, chairman of the National Advisory Committee on Human Rights in Algeria, said on government TV that capital punishment should be abolished in Algeria, even if it is against shari'a.
