BANGLADESH. MAN HANGED FOR KILLING EIGHT FROM SAME FAMILY

Safiqul Islam Montu, 45, was executed in Comilla Central Jail, Bangladesh, at 12:30am local time. According to the prosecution, Safiqul Islam and accomplices killed eight members of the same family over a land dispute at Jorakhali village on June 30, 1997.
