in Shanxi province's Linfen city in China, mine boss Zhang Peiliang was given a suspended death sentence for bribery, illegal trade in explosives and other crimes linked to a landslide of iron ore waste that swept through a village on September 8, 2008, killing 277 people, state media said.(Sources: Associated Press, 30/09/2010)
