October 23, 2024 - IRAN. 5 men executed in Karaj (Ghezel Hesar) on October 23
Salam Babakhan (Baba-Khan) Jafari, 65, Mohammad Koushki, 25, Arman Naserzadeh (Nasirzadeh), and two unidentified Afghan nationals.
According to IHRS, at dawn on Wednesday October 23, 2024, 5 prisoners executed in Ghezel Hesar.
The executed prisoners in Ghezel Hesar prison are: Salam Babakhan (Baba-Khan) Jafari, 65, Mohammad Koushki, 25, Arman Naserzadeh (Nasirzadeh), and two Afghan nationals whose identities remain unknown.
Salam Babakhan Jafari and Mohammad Koushki had been arrested on drug-related charges. Arman Naserzadeh had been arrested 10 years ago for murder. The two Afghan nationals, whose identities are not known, were executed for murder and rape.
