December 30, 2025 - IRAN. 9 men executed in various prisons on December 30
Sajjad Veysi, Ali Akbar Barzegar, Peyman Zamani, Yahya Panahi Rad, Amin Khosroabadi, Mahmoud Zarei, Khodarahm Ahmadi, Ali Mohammad Dastar, Mansour Rigi
According to information received by Hengaw, the death sentences of the following men were carried out at dawn on December 30, 2025.
- Sajjad Veysi, from Jiroft, was executed in the prison of Jiroft.
- Ali Akbar Barzegar from Borazjan, was executed in the prison of Borazjan.
- Peyman Zamani, a Kurdish man from Darreh Shahr (Ilam Province), was executed in the prison of Ilam.
- Yahya Panahi Rad, from Bam, was executed in the prison of Bam.
- Amin Khosroabadi, an Arab man from Ahvaz, was executed in the prison of Ahvaz (Sepidar Prison).
- Mahmoud Zarei was executed in the prison of Yazd.
- Khodarahm Ahmadi, was executed in the prison of Khaf on drugs charges
- Ali Mohammad Dastar, was executed in the prison of Birjand on drugs charges
- Mansour Rigi (Chakerzehi) — a 38-year-old Baloch prisoner from Zahedan and father of four, was executed in the prison of Semnan on drugs charges
None of these executions have been reported by Iranian state media.
