September 24, 2025 - IRAN. Farhad Mehdipour executed in Ilam on September 24

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Ilam Central Prison on 24 September 2025. His identity has been established as 30-year-old Farhad Mehdipour from Dareh Shahr in Ilam, arrested around six years ago for murder.

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
