February 8, 2026 - IRAN. Firouz Mohammadi Executed in Khorramabad on February 8
According to information IHR obtained on April 13, a man was hanged in Khorramabad (Parsilion) Central Prison on 8 February 2026. His identity has been established as 46-year-old Firouz Mohammadi, from Khorramabad.
He was arrested for a murder that took place over a financial dispute around three years ago. Despite more than two months passing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
