October 31, 2025 - IRAN. Khodayar Faraji executed in Birjand on October 31.

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Birjand Central Prison on 31 October 2025. His identity has been established as Khodayar Faraji who was arrested around four years ago for murder.

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
