Kiomars (Kiyomarth) Parvaneh and Hasan Hojjati executed in Qazvin Prison on September 28.
According to HRANA, quoting Iran Human Rights Organization, on September 28, 2022, two inmates, identified as Kiomars Parvaneh and Hasan Hojjati, were executed in Qazvin prison.
These individuals had been arrested and convicted of rape two years ago.
