One man was hanged in Bandar-Abbas prison (capital of the Hormozgan province, southern Iran) in the morning.According to the official Iranian news agency IRNA, a man identified as "Gh. K." (age not mentioned) was convicted of raping and murdering his five-year-old sister-in-law and sentenced to death by the Hormozgan Criminal Court. The sentence was upheld by branch 32 of the Iranian Supreme Court.
