September 24, 2025 - IRAN. Meysam Karami and Jaber Asgari executed in Ghezel Hesar on September 24

According to information obtained by Hengaw, Meysam Karami, a resident of Kermanshah (Kermashan), and Jaber Asgari were executed at dawn on September 24, 2025 in the Ghezel Hesar Prison of Karaj.

Both had been convicted of murder.

Hengaw previously reported that on the same day, three other men were executed in the facility: Farshad Geravand and Ahmadreza Geravand, and Amir, whose surname remains unknown.  

Iranian state media have not reported on these executions.
