December 17, 2025 - IRAN. Mohammadreza Moqaddam and Farhad Valadbeigi executed in Qazvin on December 17
At dawn on December 17, Mohammadreza Moqaddam, 49, a father of two from Qazvin, and Farhad Valadbeigi, 36, a father of one from Karaj, were put to death in Qazvin prison after serving four and three years on death row, respectively, in cases related to drug trafficking.
Iranian state media have not officially reported the executions.
