(July 17, 2023) - Mohsen Yaqouti and Hamzeh Farrokhi executed in Hamedan on July 17
According to information received by Hengaw, on the morning of Monday, July 17, 2023, the death sentences of Mohsen Yaqouti and Hamzeh Farrokhi, two Kurdish prisoners from Kangavar City, were carried out at Hamedan Central Prison.
According to a reliable source close to their families, these two prisoners were arrested in Hamedan two years ago for drug-related charges and sentenced to death by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Hamedan.
So far, the news of these executions has not been published by the Iranian state media.
