October 12, 2025 - IRAN. Mostafa (Jaseb) Mirzaei and Ayub Latifian executed in Khorramabad on October 12

The death sentences of Mostafa (Jaseb) Mirzaei and Ayub Latifian, two Kurdish prisoners from Nurabad, Lorestan Province, were carried out in Khorramabad Central Prison. Both had been convicted of murder in separate cases.

According to information received by Hengaw, the executions took place at dawn on October 12, 2025.

Mirzaei was a father of three from the village of Deh Firoozvand Chavari, while Latifian was a married man from Sikond Chavari village.

The executions have not been announced by Iranian state media, particularly those affiliated with the judiciary.
