November 4, 2023 - Saied Alizehi and Esmaiel Alizehi executed in Zahedan on November 4
According to a report received by Hengaw, on Saturday, November 4, the death penalty of two Baloch brothers, residents of Zabol, Sistan-Balouchestan province, identified as Saied, 25 years old, and Esmaiel Alizehi, 29 years old, and the father of two children, was carried out in Zahedan Central Prison.
According to the Haalvsh news website, these two prisoners were taken into custody two years ago for drug-related crimes and later sentenced to death.
The execution of these two prisoners was carried out covertly, without notifying their families or exercising their right of last visit. It’s important to note that neither of these two Baloch individuals possessed Iranian citizenship or any form of identity documentation.
