IRAN. TWO MEN HANGED FOR TRAFFICKING OPIUM

22 June 2005 :

two Iranian men convicted of drug trafficking were hanged in a prison in the southern city of Kerman. Ahmad Salleki and Morad Salleki had been arrested with 400 kilograms (880 pounds) of opium after an armed clash with police in Kerman province.
