ITALY. CHAMBER RATIFIES PROTOCOL NO 13

25 September 2008 :

the Chamber of Deputies approved the draft law for ratifiying Protocol No 13 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Liberties, concerning the abolition of the death penalty in all circumstances. Now the Senate must decide on the draft law.
