The Misrata Criminal Court has sentenced one person to death and imprisoned three others in the case of the murder of citizen Abdul Rahman Ali Ishteiwi, Libya Observer reported on June 13, 2024.
The Public Prosecution filed a public lawsuit against four defendants in the incident of killing the victim, and the court ruled in its last session to convict the first defendant of death, according to the Public Prosecutor’s Office Facebook page.
The court imposed a life imprisonment sentence on the second defendant, a three-year prison sentence on the others.
