PAKISTAN: TWO MORE DEATH ROW CONVICTS HANGED

Two more death row prisoners have been sent to the gallows in different jails of the country early this morning, raising the total number of executions to 104 since Pakistan reversed the self-imposed moratorium on the death penalty in December 2014 after the Taliban school massacre, Dunya News reported.
According to details, a death row prisoner Zulfiqar was hanged in Faisalabad Central Jail. Zulfiqar had killed a taxi driver Arshad in 2000 after abduction in the jurisdiction of Thakriwala Police Station.
Another death row convict, Musa Khan, was hanged in Central Jail Machh in Balochistan province. Musa Khan was guilty of killing his rival Liaquat in Chaman in 2005.
