Saudi Arabia beheaded an Afghani convicted of heroin smuggling, the Interior Ministry said. Ubeidullah bin Mohammed bin Alem was decapitated in Jiddah for smuggling heroin into the kingdom, the statement said.(Sources: Associated Press, 19/09/2006)
