Saudi Arabia's Interior Ministry said authorities beheaded a Saudi man convicted of kidnapping and raping a 5-year-old boy. Saud bin Awad was beheaded in the capital Riyadh.
A Japanese court on October 14, 2025 sentenced a 34-year-old man to death for murdering two women as they were out for a stroll and two policemen who responded to the scene of the attack in Nagano Prefecture, central Japan, in 2023.
