Public hanging in Saudi Arabia

27 September 2005 :

Saudi authorities executed a Saudi national for killing a man by running over him with his car. The Interior Ministry said in a statement that Issa bin Mazid al-Rouki was beheaded with a sword after being convicted of killing Abdullah Bin Ahmed al-Shahari by running over him several times.
