Saudi Arabia executed Jameel bin Abdullah bin Safar al-Fahmy, a Saudi man convicted of murdering a compatriot after a feud. The country’s Interior Ministry said he was executed in the holy city of Mecca for fatally striking Fahd bin Maqboul bin Jarri al-Fahmy with a large baton.This execution raised to at least 60 the number of people put to death in Saudi Arabia this year.
