two Saudi soldiers were beheaded with a sword after being convicted of drug smuggling, the Saudi interior ministry said.
Mueid bin Yahya Al-Waeli and Mehdi bin Hamad Al-Mansour, who worked as border guards, were caught while smuggling drugs using a patrol vehicle. They were executed in the northern town of Arar, near the border with Iraq.
