02 November 2016 :

A member of Somali parliament Mohamed Hussein Isack known as Afarale said Al shabaab fighters have beheaded five men in Tiyeglow, days after they took the town from Somali and AU troops last week.
The MP said Al shabaab has executed the five for allegedly collaborating with retreating allied forces who held the southern key town for over 18 months.
"It's tragic and shock that Al shabaab has beheaded five unarmed men, among them two livestock traders in the outskirts of Tiyeglow over dealings with Ethiopian forces," Somali legislator added.
Al shabaab, a Somalia-based militant group having links with Al Qaeda did not comment on the lawmaker's blame.
