ten people who were convicted and sentenced to jail or death in the lawsuits related to China's 2008 milk scandal appealed, said a local court president. The 10 people included Geng Jinping, who was sentenced to death under the conviction of manufacturing and selling toxic food, said Gao Yong, president of the Hebei Provincial Higher People's Court.(Sources: BBC, 06/03/2009)
