Philippine President Gloria Arroyo granted an indefinite reprieve to 15 convicts scheduled for execution in March, the government said. No reason was given for the reprieve nor did the government say what crimes those benefiting from it had committed.(Sources: Agence France Presse, 07/12/2005)
