VIETNAM: STUDENT SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR MURDER

27 July 2010 :

Phan Minh Man, a 20 year-old student, was sentenced to death by the People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for the murder of his alcoholic father who savagely beat his mother and other members of the family.
