Ahmad Forouhid executed in Boroujerd Prison on September 22.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed on murder charges in Boroujerd Central Prison on the morning of September 22. His identity has been established as 45-year-old Ahmad Forouhid. Informed sources have told IHR that Ahmad was from city of Zanjan but lived in Boroujerd and was convicted of murder over financial issues. At the time of writing, his execution has not been announced by domestic media in Iran.
