September 9, 2025 - IRAN. Ali Razavi executed in Kerman on September 9

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Kerman Central Prison on 9 September 2025. His identity has been established as Ali Razavi who was arrested for the murder of a footballer 26 months ago and sentenced to qisas (retribution-in-kind) by the Criminal Court.

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
