April 21, 2026 - IRAN. Javad Shahouzehi executed in Mashhad on April 21
According to information Hengaw received on May 29, Iranian authorities secretly executed Javad Shahouzehi (also Javad Ghafran Taleb) on April 21, 2026 at Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad.
Shahouzehi, a 24-year-old Baloch man and father of three from Zahedan, had been arrested six years earlier, when he was 18 years old, on drug-related charges.
The execution has not been announced by Iranian state media.
