February 15, 2026 - IRAN. Navid Shabanian executed in Kashmar on February 15, 2026

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Kashmar Prison on 15 February 2026. His identity has been established as Navid Shabanian, 19, who was arrested for murder 16 months ago when he was 18 years and two months old.

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
