Jalal Mulaii executed in Zanjan on November 1.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Zanjan Central Prison on November 1. His identity has been established as Jalal Mulaii who was sentenced for murder and spent three years on death row. At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
