IRAN: TWO PRISONERS HANGED AT RAJAI-SHAHR PRISON FOR MURDER

05 July 2019 :

Mehdi Assadi and Hassan Baradaran were hanged at Rajai-Shahr prison on 3 July 2019. Iranian website Rokna reported about the executions without mentioning the prisoners’ name. IHR sources have identified them as Mehdi Assadi and Hassan Baradaran. Both men were sentenced to death for murder charges.
