a Chinese court has ordered the death penalty for a businessman accused of deceiving investors out of 385 million dollars in a fake ant-breeding scheme.As of last summer, less than one and a-half million dollars had been recovered. Prosecutors say one of the ten-thousand duped investors was so distraught he committed suicide.
