Abbas Rahmani, Mohsen Yaghooti (Yaqouti), and Hamzeh Farrokhi.
On July 17, 2023, three inmates convicted of drug-related crimes were executed in Hamedan Prison.
HRAHA has identified the inmates as Abbas Rahmani, Mohsen Yaghooti (Yaqouti), Kurdish, and Hamzeh Farrokhi, Kurdish.
