Ali Mahmoudpour and Morteza Ashrafi were hanged at Urmia prison on December 4. According to IHR sources, prisoners Ali Mahmoudpour and Morteza Ashrafi were hanged at Urmia prison (also known as Darya prison) on December 4, 2019. They were sentenced to death for murder charges.
