Arsalan Yarivand hanged at the central prison of Borujerd on December 9. According to IHR sources, on the morning of December 9, prisoner Arsalan Yarivand (33) was executed for drug offenses at the central prison of the city of Borujerd, in Lorestan province. “Arsalan Yarivand was arrested with 85 kilograms of synthetic drugs four years ago,” a well-informed source told IHR.
