IRAN - Hossein Arasteh and Rashed Afrouz hanged on November 10 at Lakan Prison in Rasht

According to IHR sources, on the morning of Sunday, November 10, two prisoners were hanged at Lakan Prison, in Rasht, for murder charges. IHR could confirm the identity of two as Hossein Arasteh, from the city of Khomam, and Rashed Afrouz.
