Kamal Shahshahr hanged on April 4. Other source say he was hanged on April 27 at Kerman Central Prison after having spent six years in prison. He was charged with drug trafficking.

The Bauchi State High Courts have disposed of 51 criminal cases, resulting in the conviction of 64 offenders for various offences, including armed robbery, rape, kidnapping, conspiracy, culpable homicide and fraud.
