Mojtaba Roshangar Emam and Heidar Mehrshat Hanged at Shiraz Prison on October 22. According to IHR sources, on the morning of Tuesday, October 22, 2 prisoners were hanged at the central prison of Shiraz city, Fars province. Their identity is revealed by IHR sources as Mojtaba Roshangar Emam, 33, and Heidar Mehrshat, 40. "Heidar Mehrshat was arrested 4 years ago for committing a murder. Mojtaba Roshangar Emam was arrested with the same charge 5 years ago,” a well-informed source told IHR.
