Morteza Refahi executed at Rasht Central Prison on July 25. According to the HRANA news agency, one prisoner was executed at Rasht Central Prison on Saturday 25 July. His identity has been established as Morteza Refahi, who was around 40 years old. He was arrested about four years ago and sentenced to death for “murdering his uncle’s wife”.
