A prisoner was hanged at Zanjan Central Prison on Sunday, January 26. According to IHR sources, Sobhan Karimi was hanged on January 26, 2020, at Zanjan Central Prison. Zanjan is a city and the capital of Zanjan Province. “Sobhan Karimi was sentenced to death around four to five years ago for murdering a man during a street fight,” a well-informed source told IHR.
