According to IHRS, the death sentence of a prisoner named Sultan Seifi was carried out on Sunday, November 13, in Qom prison on drug charges. In this report, quoting an informed source, it is stated: “Seifi was a taxi driver. He was arrested on the Tehran-Qom freeway about three years ago and sentenced to death.”
