According to an IHR September 11, 2019 release, a prisoner was executed almost a month ago. The execution has not been announced by the Iranian authorities or media so far. According to IHR sources, on the morning of August 7, 2019, a prisoner hanged at the central prison of the city of Borujerd, Lorestan province. His name was revealed as Toranj Feizi, 37. He was arrested four years ago and sentenced to death for a murder charge.
